Fr. Seth Raymond - Rector

Seth began serving as rector of St. Luke's in May 2018, in addition to his ongoing role as Executive Director of the Hospitality Center

Seth's journey has been varied, including work with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, teenage girls with behavioral disorders, and as an Episcopal missionary in Taiwan.

A lifelong learner, Seth has degrees in Sociology, Music Education, Theology, and Nonprofit Management (almost!).  His broad experiences living and working with those who are the most vulnerable deeply inform his commitment to sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ, who is God with Us.

In addition to the typical resume items, he continues to play cello as time allows, sweat out the small stuff by cycling or doing push-ups in his office, and enjoys spending as much time as possible with his wife Lara and daughters Miriam and Hannah.

The Rev. Bob Bagley - Deacon

Deacon Bob has been assigned to St. Luke's by Bishop Steven Miller. He is bringing to our mission ministries of Diaconal participation in Sunday worship and of conversation with the guests and volunteers of the Hospitality Center.

Deacon Bob Bagley began his parish ministry at St. Luke’s in January 2018. At that time, he returned to participating in the fellowship at the Hospitality Center (HC) after a two-year absence. He has been affiliated with the HC since it opened its doors in 2007.

The deacon represents St. Luke’s Church on the board of the Racine Interfaith Coalition and has been active in the criminal justice reform workgroup. Bob is married to Judy. Together, they share a blended family with 6 children and 5 grandchildren. Deacon Bob is retired after a career in local public health.  He was ordained a vocational deacon in the Diocese of Milwaukee on June 5, 2010.
